Role Overview:We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Intern with a strong focus on UI Design to join our on-site team in Jagatpura, Jaipur. As a UI/UX Design Intern at The Merc, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for a variety of digital products. This role offers hands-on experience in a creative environment, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

This is a paid internship with a very high chance of a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time position based on performance.

Responsibilities:UI Design: Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, and other team members to ensure design consistency and optimal user experiences.Design Iteration: Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and clients.Graphic Design Support: Contribute to the creation of design assets such as icons, illustrations, and other visual elements needed for digital products.Staying Updated: Keep up with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work, including examples of web and mobile interface designs.Proficiency in Figma.Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to work on-site in Jagatpura, Jaipur, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.Strong communication and time management skills.
