Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage the organization's public image, build relationships with stakeholders, and support patient/client engagement. The ideal candidate will handle external communication, maintain goodwill, and promote the hospital/organization's services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient relations, address queries, and resolve complaints effectively.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administration to ensure smooth patient services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and government bodies.
• Maintain proper records of patient feedback and service improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle patients and clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in (English/Hindi/Local Language).
