Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Private Equity Analyst. The Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for conducting investments, financial modeling, utilizing analytical skills, and focusing on private equity opportunities.


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Equity Analyst to join our investment team. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in evaluating, structuring, and executing private equity investments across diverse industries. As an integral member of the team, you will contribute to all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio management and exit strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and quantitative analysis.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating high-quality investment materials.
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
