Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 15+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Mendix platform.

- Proficiency in Mendix development, including expertise in Microflows, Domain Models, and UI design.

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience in leading architecture initiatives and guiding development teams in delivering complex solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze requirements and propose innovative solutions.

- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) for project management and collaboration.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is preferred.

Preferred :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying Mendix applications.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts.

- Experience in integrating Mendix applications with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using APIs and integration platforms.

- Previous experience in mentoring and coaching junior architects and developers.


- Active participation in the Mendix community through forums, meetups, or contributions to open-source projects.
