About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to drive innovation in our solar energy initiatives in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on sustainable technology while advancing your career in a rapidly growing field.

Responsibilities: Lead the design of electrical systems for large-scale, ground-mounted solar PV installations Develop and optimize AC and DC wiring layouts using advanced CADD software Spearhead inverter selection, sizing, and strategic placement Create comprehensive electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and three-line diagrams Perform complex electrical load calculations and system sizing independently Design robust protection and control systems for optimal performance and safety Develop grid interconnection designs adhering to latest electrical codes and standards Conduct site visits to oversee installation progress and provide expert guidance Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE); M.E./M.Tech preferred

Required Skills: Proven track record in electrical design for solar PV or substation projects Advanced proficiency in CADD software and electrical design tools In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical codes, and industry standards Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for optimizing designs Excellent project management and team leadership abilities Outstanding communication skills to interface with clients and cross-functional teams
