Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team in the B2B software product domain. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management, product delivery, and customer success. You will be the key driver of client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing product delivery, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our solutions.
If you are a detail-oriented, organized professional with experience in client engagement and data analysis, worked in construction industry this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams to oversee client accounts from inception through to ongoing success, contributing to both the operational efficiency and growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring seamless transitions and successful product adoption.- Serve as a dedicated success manager, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle.- Utilize project management tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MS Projects to deliver high-quality services and reports.- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue and long-term client relationships.- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to facilitate adoption and ensure continuous engagement.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong background in project management, particularly in B2B software products.- Excellent command of tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.- Proven track record in delivering client success and product delivery.- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills.
Minimum Experience - 2 -3 Yrs
