To ensure the overall Quality. activities of the plant are handled with proper planning & within the expected standards.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring safety at workplace. Adherence to safety norms.
  • Ensuring compliance to customer requirement, company quality standards and SOP.
  • Ensuring compliance to product specifications and quality attributes.
  • Testing all raw material, finished goods & in process material and recording of data.
  • Analysis of test results, reporting and taking corrective action.
  • Perform process audits.
  • Facilitates analysis and coordinates activities related to process/system improvement projects.
  • Conduct product changeovers with production team.
  • Benchmarking facilitation and analysis.
  • Monitoring and resolving process problems. RCA and implementation of action plan.
  • Handling customer complaints and taking corrective actions.
  • Issuance of test certificate.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
  • 5S implementation in lab.
  • Team development and imparting trainings.
  • Managing all lab activities.
