Job Description
We are looking for a versatile user experience (UX) designer who has a passion for building standout designs. The candidate should be able to understand the business requirements, technical capabilities, and user needs. The candidate should be responsible for conceptualizing, conducting user research, interviews, or surveys, and translating them into information architecture, user flows, customer journey maps, and wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. The candidate will also be expected to design, document, and communicate ideas to all the stakeholders. Prior experience with cloud-based SaaS products is a plus.
Responsibilities
Identify design, formulate the problem, and Ideate through multiple solutions to devise elegant solutions.
Facilitate the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design, document, and deliver information architecture, wireframes, user stories, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Understand and build on the design system for a consistent unifying experience across the entire product line.
Take complete ownership of the product or function to deliver the final design.
Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing solutions for digital environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, preferably User Experience/Interaction design or equivalent work experience.
Expertise in standard design applications such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Adobe aftereffects ( or prototyping application of choice ), and Framer, is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Ability to do extensive research & analysis.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting research, user testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability testing, and accessibility testing.
Keen eye for details to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting by effectively communicating ideas, designs, processes, and solutions to team and stakeholders.
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through design.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge of the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
