Timing: 10:30 to 6:30 6 day Working(Mon-Sat) Gender: Male/Female Key Responsibilities Respond to customer and client emails in a professional and timely manner. Prepare and share quotations through Zoho CRM . Manage and update our online store TheIndustrialShop.com on Shopify . Oversee listings and handle queries on digital platforms such as TATA Nexarc and IndiaMart . Provide administrative support and assist in back-office operations as required. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant field preferred). Minimum 6 months of experience in back office, sales coordination, or administrative role. Proficiency in email writing and communication skills . Basic knowledge of Zoho CRM, Shopify, and digital platforms (preferred, not mandatory). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work independently.
