Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Freshers at CBL Solutions. The Bench Sales freshmen will be responsible for connecting with potential clients to offer staffing and outsourcing services. This will involve identifying client requirements, qualifying leads, and negotiating terms. We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our bench sales team as freshers. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, marketing our pool of available consultants, and negotiating contracts to place consultants on projects.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and research potential clients in the IT industry.Generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.Consultant Marketing:Understand the skill sets and strengths of available consultants.Tailor marketing pitches to match client requirements and preferences.Present consultants to clients through effective communication channels.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their project needs.Negotiate contract terms, rates, and conditions to secure placements for consultants.Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction.Market Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for business growth.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and placements.Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.A basic understanding of the IT industry and technology concepts is preferred.Fresh graduates, or individuals with limited experience, are encouraged to apply.Benefits:a comprehensive training program to develop sales skills and industry knowledge.Opportunity for career growth and advancement within the organization.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health benefits, retirement plans, and other perks.Application Process:Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter detailing their interest in the Bench Sales Freshers position.
