About the role:
Indian Farmer is seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to enhance our visual identity and engage with our rapidly growing audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and be passionate about creating compelling visuals that resonate with our community. This role involves conceptualizing and designing a wide range of social media assets, including thumbnails, infographics, website visuals, marketing collateral, and branding elements across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Graphics: Develop eye-catching graphics, carousels, and banners for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
- Thumbnails & Covers: Design click-worthy thumbnails and cover images for social media platforms.
- Course Marketing & Ads: Create engaging graphics for course marketing, static ads, and other promotional activities to drive audience engagement and sales.
- Brand Identity: Create and maintain brand assets, ensuring consistency in the visual identity across multiple platforms.
- Promotional Materials: Collaborate with the social media team to design promotional materials, static posts, and banners in various formats and ratios.
- Platform-Specific Designs: Develop high-quality designs optimized for different platforms, maintaining consistency in size, ratio, and format.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and continually upgrade your skills in design software.
Requirements :
- Creative Skills: Ability to generate original ideas and visually compelling designs that align with brand goals.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other design software (multiple software expertise preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality, error-free designs.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of pixel sizes, aspect ratios, and best practices for different social media platforms.
- Portfolio: A portfolio that showcases a range of design work, including branding, digital graphics, and social media assets.
- Communication: Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Hindi. Marathi is a plus.
