  • End-to-end contracts management for EPC and construction packages
  • Preparation, review, and administration of contracts
  • Coordination with procurement, legal, and project teams
  • Handling claims, variations, and dispute resolution
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timelines

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 11 to 15 years specifically in Contracts Management within infrastructure or Industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of contract laws, FIDIC/other standard contract formats
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
