Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, manage maintenance and repair activities, ensure a safe work environment, and coordinate with vendors and service providers. The role also involves budgeting, maintaining records, and delivering excellent customer service to the internal workplace community.
Qualifications
- Skills in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Budgeting and record-keeping
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Any degree, Diploma, or a relevant qualification
NOTE: People with two wheeler are preferred and is a bonus point
