Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Hexnode. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiencies. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that support Hexnode’s growth and innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to derive insights and trends that support business strategy, product development, and operational decisions.
  • Create clear and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics solutions that enhance the company’s data infrastructure and support its business goals.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Perform data mining, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to identify key business opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and automate data pipelines to streamline reporting processes and improve data efficiency.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven insights for ongoing business initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, machine learning, and data visualization.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis tools and languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining automated reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a simple and actionable way.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or enterprise software environment is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
