The company is founded by IIT Roorkee Alums and backed by top investment firms like Elevation Capital and Venture Highway and is operating in 7 cities with more than 1000 doctors using us to deliver better care to more than 50000 patients with 4000 new ones being added every month.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.Stay up-to-date with TDS regulations and compliance requirements.Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS on time as per the tax laws.Assist with general administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and record keeping.Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.Manage vendor contracts and payments.Assist in the creation and maintenance of investor agreements.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for agreement drafting.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Proven experience in payroll processing and TDS compliance.Strong understanding of local tax regulations and labor laws.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
