Role & responsibilities

To lead the development, implementation, and management of the hospital group's commitment to a more responsible and sustainable approach through a robust Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. This role focuses on aligning CSR initiatives with stakeholder expectationsincluding employees, patients, donors, investors, and societywhile generating impactful programs and grants for the treatment, care, and long-term well-being of underprivileged children.

  1. CSR Strategy Development & Execution

  2. Design and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy that reflects the hospital group's mission, values, and ethical obligations.

  3. Promote a culture of sustainability, healthcare equity, and social impact across all hospital units.
  4. Align CSR efforts with national regulations, healthcare standards, and global sustainability goals.

  5. Fundraising & Grants Management for Needy Children

  6. Lead the generation of grants and donor-funded programs to support treatment and rehabilitation for underprivileged children.

  7. Ensure that funded children receive care aimed at making them self-sufficient and independent.
  8. Identify new funding opportunities and develop grant proposals tailored to potential donors and CSR contributors.

  9. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

  10. Communicate CSR initiatives, goals, and results to internal and external stakeholders through sustainability reports, newsletters, and digital platforms.

  11. Establish systems for tracking progress, reporting milestones, and showcasing outcomes.
  12. Ensure transparency and accountability in all CSR communications.

  13. Awareness & Engagement Campaigns

  14. Raise awareness among corporate entities and CSR arms of companies about ongoing and upcoming programs.

  15. Promote participation and funding opportunities specifically targeted at healthcare programs for underprivileged children.
  16. Organize outreach programs, seminars, and CSR fairs to engage corporate partners and potential donors.

  17. Risk Identification & Mitigation

  18. Continuously monitor social, ethical, and environmental trends that may impact CSR strategies.

  19. Identify CSR-related risks and propose timely adjustments to plans and initiatives to mitigate them.

  20. Event Planning & Donor Engagement

  21. Organize and lead high-impact meetings, donor forums, and indoor events aimed at influencing CSR leaders, philanthropic organizations, and donors.

  22. Highlight success stories, program needs, and partnership opportunities in these forums.

  23. Donor Communication & Relationship Management

  24. Maintain regular and professional communication with donors, keeping them informed on project progress and impact.

  25. Ensure donor satisfaction through transparent reporting and recognition of contributions.
  26. Build long-term relationships with CSR leaders, grant agencies, and philanthropic partners.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Public Health, Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare, NGO, or development sectors.
  • Proven experience in donor management, grant writing, and fundraising for social impact.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead events and conduct high-level meetings with corporates and philanthropic stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of CSR laws, ethical healthcare delivery, and sustainability practices.
