Job Summary:
We seek dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to onboard professional and business users onto the Netclan platform and sell our subscription plans. The ideal candidate will identify potential users, explain the value of Netclan's offerings, and close sales to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Onboarding & Sales: Identify and approach professionals, business owners, and service providers to onboard them onto Netclan and sell subscription plans.
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and generate leads through cold calls, field visits, networking, and local market analysis.
- Demonstrations & Presentations: Clearly explain Netclan's features, demonstrate the benefits of its digital networking tools, and assist users in setting up their profiles.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Market Research: Gather feedback from users and provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to enhance user experience and sales conversions.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least one year in field sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably selling subscriptions for online platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to explain digital products and technology in simple terms.
- Comfortable with on-field sales and meeting potential clients in person.
- Education: Undergraduate in any discipline, preferably Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Language: Proficiency in local languages and English is a must.
