Job Description : Location : New Delhi Department - VAS (Value Added Services) Experience : 4 to 10 years Purpose of the role · Drive business growth by promoting and expanding BLS’s Value Added Services (VAS) across assigned regions. · Work closely with regional heads, sales teams, and key partners to ensure consistent sales performance, service expansion, and profitability. · Track, analyze, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making and ensure alignment with business goals. Profile – Roles and Responsibilities · Engage regularly with regional heads and ground sales teams across different regions to promote BLS’s Value Added Services (VAS) to visa applicants. · Ensure consistent communication, alignment, and support to regional teams to achieve monthly and quarterly VAS sales targets. · Conduct daily or regular follow-ups with regional teams to monitor sales performance. · Analyze trends, identify reasons for sales drops, and proactively implement corrective actions. · Collaborate with regional heads to identify opportunities for new VAS offerings. · Share innovative ideas and contribute to the development of services that enhance customer experience and business profitability. · Provide actionable insights to strengthen BLS’s competitive position and pricing strategy. · Track key metrics such as conversion rates, yield, and service adoption for each region. · Investigate deviations and coordinate with regional teams to address performance gaps promptly · Liaise with key partners to explore and implement opportunities for service expansion in new and existing regions. · Collaborate on planning, execution, and scaling of services in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. · Coordinate with partners and the Finance team to ensure timely monthly invoicing and reconciliation of VAS revenue. · Ensure accurate reporting and documentation in line with organizational policies. · Maintain regular communication with the PMO (Project Management Office) team for updates on new initiatives, service rollouts, and process improvements. · Ensure operational alignment and smooth execution of business strategies.
