We are looking for a Paid Ads - media buyer experienced in running lead gen offers.You have at least two-three years of proven experience in buying online media at scale.Experience in split-testing ads and Landing pagesExperience in building high-performing ads and coming up with angles.Must be obsessed with testing new ads/angles and bringing CPA down.Understanding of creative, can produce ads using basic assets, and write copy.Experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a $100k+ budgetYou’re analytical and use critical thinking skills while also being very risk/reward-drivenExperience in Facebook Ads; Meta Ads : Instagram AdsExperience in Google or Youtube or Demand GenExperience in Native (Outbrain/ Taboola/ Newsbreak)Experience in Tik Tok.Experience in Search Arbitrage / Content Arbitrage / Pay Per Call Media Buyer with affiliate marketing / Performance marketing background is preferred.
