We are expanding our team and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market entry strategies for products in key international markets, with a focus on India and ASEAN regions;
  • Understand the specific market needs in India and neighboring regions, adapting product positioning to local conditions, knowledge of the B2B segment
  • Analyze competitors offerings and market trends to highlight unique value propositions;
  • Conduct deep market research to understand the characteristics of each market segment;
  • Collect customer data to inform product development and marketing strategies;
  • Identify new trends and innovation opportunities in industries such as retail, construction, and merchandising;
  • Lead the creation of product launch plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and customer support;
  • Create effective marketing materials and campaigns to support product launches in new regions;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product launches, adjusting strategies as needed;
  • Work closely with sales, customer support, and technical teams to develop tools, presentations, and content that drive successful product promotion and customer engagement;
  • Align product marketing strategies with country managers and regional teams to meet local business goals and cultural specifics;
  • Oversee content creation for various channels including digital marketing, webinars, case studies, and white papers, focusing on increasing visibility and generating leads in new markets;
  • Ensure messaging aligns with the companys overall mission and the specific needs of each regional audience;
  • Track the effectiveness of product marketing through key metrics such as market share, customer acquisition, and retention;
  • Prepare regular reports for management, providing insights on market penetration and marketing effectiveness.

What We Expect:

  • Over 3 years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, with a focus on research, product packaging, market positioning, sales support, and vendor management;
  • Knowledge of product launch methodologies, including research, customer development, lead generation, and strategic approaches;
  • Extensive experience in service sectors such as retail, merchandising, outstaffing, and manufacturing;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience at industry events and conferences;
  • Knowledge of the startup and venture market in India, as well as useful connections in this field, would be a significant advantage;
  • Familiarity with task management tools: Trello, Asana, Notion, Airtable;
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
