Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement visually compelling marketing materials, including ad campaigns, flyers, brochures, and digital assets.- Develop innovative concepts and ideas to support marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with sales and management teams to create effective sales collateral.- Identify and provide new leads through the use of creative and impactful marketing materials.- Stay updated on industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to marketing strategies.- Manage and maintain the client’s online presence, including social media channels and website updates.- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in graphic design and marketing (preferably in a B2B setting).- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from digital campaigns to print materials.- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).- Solid understanding of marketing principles and B2B sales cycles.- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with the promotional merchandise marketing industry.- Knowledge of storytelling techniques in marketing.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
