We are hiring CNM II -  Critical Care Unit  in a Private Hospital in Cork
Responsibilities
  •  enhance and maintain the highest standards in patient care.
  • contribute to the effective use of all hospital resources at your disposal and you will be required to maximize staff development in a learning environment
  • support, motivation, and guidance for all employees within your remit.
  • Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based, care planning approach.
  • Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership.

Requirements
  •  possess a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute general setting
  • minimum of 2 years of nurse management experience in a critical care environment. 
  •  ICU qualification is required, along with a management qualification. 
  • Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery is preferred.
  • candidates must have experience in preceptorship, teaching, and assessing students and junior staff. 
  • Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses maintained by the NMBI is mandatory.
