About the job :

Job Overview :

The Full Stack Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with Python, React JS, and Flask.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop new software applications from scratch, ensuring they meet user requirements and adhere to best practices.

- Maintain and update existing software applications, promptly addressing any issues or bugs that arise.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers, to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently, conducting root cause analysis and implementing appropriate fixes.

- Stay up to date on the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the software development process.

Experience Required :

- Total Years of experience 2- 4 Yrs

Must Have :

- 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying software applications.

- Strong proficiency in Python, React JS, and Flask, with a deep understanding of their respective frameworks, libraries, and tools.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies, and familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
