Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems:Design, implement, and monitor systems that ensure consistent quality, reliability, and performance of products and processes.
  • Testing and Inspection:Conduct tests on raw materials, components, systems, and final products to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Improvement:Analyze quality issues and defects, recommend and implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement in processes.
  • Documentation:Create and maintain quality control procedures, reports, and documentation related to quality standards and processes.
  • Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams, including design and production, to integrate quality into every stage of product development and manufacturing.
  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Quality Reporting:Prepare reports on quality goals, test results, incidents, and improvements for management.
