Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Integration | Platform Development | UI/Portal | Flow Design) Experience Level: A2: 3.5 to 5 years (CTC: ₹13–15 LPA, depending on experience) A3: 5 to 8 years (CTC: ₹15–20 LPA, depending on experience) A4: 8 to 12 years (CTC: ₹20–25 LPA, depending on experience) Locations: Pune / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Bangalore / Chennai / Coimbatore Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform development, integrations, and UI/portal customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and API integrations, along with solid knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks and ServiceNow best practices. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and collaboration to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities Custom Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications focusing on UI/Portal development using ServiceNow’s UI Builder and Seismic framework to enhance user experience. Reusable Components: Build modular, reusable UI components ensuring scalability and maintainability of long-term platform solutions. Integration Development: Develop and implement REST API integrations and advanced scripting configurations using ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate and streamline backend processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure smooth end-to-end implementation. UI/UX Engineering: Utilize modern JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS / React) to develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications on the ServiceNow platform. Quality Assurance: Maintain high code quality using modern development tools (IDEs, debuggers, build tools, and source control) and follow object-oriented design principles, data structure optimization, and design patterns. Required Skills & Experience Experience: Minimum 4+ years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer. Modules: Hands-on experience in at least one ServiceNow application (e.G., ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, HRSD, GRC). Core Expertise: Integration (must-have) – REST API development, attachment
