We at Autofy are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic candidate with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a New Product Development / Purchase Executive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with maximum industry exposure.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers by conducting site visits to assess manufacturing process, quality control processes, and budget compliance with company standards.Market research and fieldwork to identify competitor offerings, opportunities for new product development by visiting manufacturers.Responsible for supporting growth through driving and building innovative products to increase Business revenue.Brainstorming with internal teams to generate innovative product ideas and conceptsCoordinate field testing and gather data to refine product features.Regularly update on product development progress and challenges. Share insights gathered from fieldwork to form strategic decisions.Develop and implement strategies for new product development that align with the company’s vision and goals
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.Highly motivated candidate looking forward to a career in Supply Chain.Strong communication skills and management skills with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis and fieldwork techniques.Willingness to travel for fieldwork and manufacturer visits.
