** Job Overview :**

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic ** Financial Planning and Analysis Manager ( FP&A Manager) ** to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, with a passion for using data-driven insights to guide business decisions. In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to ensure that the company's financial performance is aligned with its goals and will be instrumental in helping us make informed, data-backed decisions to drive growth.


** Key Responsibilities :**


** Budgeting & Forecasting **: Lead the development of the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasts. Work with department heads to ensure budget alignment with company objectives and initiatives.

** Financial Analysis **: Analyze the company’s financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

** Variance Analysis **: Conduct detailed variance analysis to track performance against the budget and forecast. Provide recommendations and explanations to leadership regarding variances.

** Cash Flow Management **: Assist in managing the company’s cash flow by forecasting future financial needs and identifying areas where efficiency or cost-saving measures can be implemented.

** Strategic Support **: Provide financial insights to support business decisions, product development, marketing strategies, and investment opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new initiatives.

** Financial Modeling **: Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and decision-making. Evaluate the financial impact of potential projects, expansions, and business opportunities.

** KPIs and Reporting **: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for different departments, products, and overall company performance. Report on these metrics to the executive team.

** Process Improvement **: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and reporting systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.

** Ad Hoc Analysis **: Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.


** Qualifications :**


**Master’s degree** in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CA is a plus.

**5+ years of experience** in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a fast-growing or consumer goods company.

**Strong financial modeling** skills, with the ability to build and maintain complex financial models.

**Advanced proficiency** in Excel, financial analysis tools, and ERP systems (experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite is a plus).

**Experience with budgeting and forecasting** processes, including the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.

**Strong analytical skills** and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights.

**Excellent communication skills**, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

**Detail-oriented**, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
