- Mandatory: Agno Agentic AI or Crew AI or Langchain - project experience required- Mandatory: ANTLR grammar and parser- Mandatory: Jinja templates- Nice to have: Packaging and digitall signing Python softwareKey Responsibilities- Design, build, and deploy autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using platforms like Agno, Crew AI, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, or similar.- Create and orchestrate agent workflows that integrate LLMs, APIs, memory, tools, and decision-making logic.- Develop custom tools and components for agent frameworks using Python.- Build scalable backend systems and services in Java, integrating AI components into enterprise-grade systems.- Work closely with product and data teams to define requirements and validate AI(1)driven functionalities.- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of Gen AI workloads and APIs.- Stay updated with the latest developments in the Gen AI and agentic AI space.Must-Have Skills- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI platforms: Agno, Crew AI, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, or similar.- Strong Python programming skills, particularly in AI/ML, automation, and integration tasks.- Proficiency in Java for enterprise software systems and backend APIs.- Understanding of LLM ecosystems (Open AI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering, and tool augmentation.Nice-to-Have Skills- Experience with API integration, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and knowledge graphs.- Familiarity with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.- Cloud and AI/ML skills.- Full Stack development experience with exposure to React.- Experience in BFSI and product/platform development.
