Job Title: Practice Head – AI & Generative AI Experience: 15+ Years Location: ( Hyderabad / Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a visionary AI & Generative AI Practice Head to lead our Artificial Intelligence strategy, innovation, and delivery initiatives. This role requires a seasoned technology leader who can drive the development and execution of cutting-edge AI and GenAI solutions , build and mentor teams, and collaborate with clients to translate business challenges into intelligent, scalable solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the organization’s AI roadmap, establishing best practices, and driving adoption of next-generation AI technologies across industries. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the AI and Generative AI practice strategy in alignment with business goals. Lead a team of AI architects, data scientists, ML engineers, and developers to design and deliver scalable AI/ML/GenAI solutions. Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, and CoE (Center of Excellence) for AI and Generative AI initiatives. Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities where AI can add measurable value. Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies, LLMs, and Generative AI models to guide innovation. Define go-to-market strategies, pre-sales support, and thought leadership initiatives for AI and GenAI offerings. Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and model governance. Mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning leadership roles. Proven experience in building and leading AI/ML and Generative AI practices or CoEs . Strong understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), NLP, and Generative AI frameworks (e.G., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Expertise in LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering concepts. Hands-on knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI). Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and business acumen. Nice to Have: Experience with AI-powered automation , RPA integration , or enterprise AI adoption . Thought leadership contributions — whitepapers, webinars, or conference speaking.
