Job Description
Institute of Banking Studies (IBS) is hiring Field Executives to visit assigned bank branches accross your district. This role is ideal for young, energetic candidates looking to build their career in banking support operations.
Responsibilities
Visit assigned bank branches daily
Meet branch officials and complete assigned tasks (
Collect and submit daily reports to the head office
Coordinate regularly with office staff
Requirements
Age below 30 years (preferred)
Qualification: Graduate or pursuing degree
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license
Good communication skills in tamil and English
Smart, energetic, and presentable
Salary and Benefits
Fixed Salary: Rs. 25,000
Travel Allowance: Rs. 5,000
Performance-Based Incentives
Total CTC: Rs. 30,000 plus incentives
Job Type

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
