Experienced Project Head specializing in Hydrocarbon/Specialty Chemicals projects. The Project Head is expected to lead a team of project managers and engineers, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of hydrocarbon/specialty chemicals projectsDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in consultation with senior management and stakeholdersLiaise with local and government authoritiesHandle site selection and dealing with sellers and nodal bodies for land conversion, power, water and effluent disposal etc.Coordinate with Consultants for DPR/DFR preparationApplication and follow up for land allotment in Industrial parksPrepare and submit applications for statutory and regulatory approvalsCoordinate and obtain all necessary approvalsOversee detailed project estimateOversee Plot plan developmentParticipate in technology transfer and licensor discussionEvaluate Basic engg and Detailed engg. contractorsEvaluate Construction contractorsReview Design basis of unitsReview TBT and CBT of all procurement itemsSet-up all Site facilitiesSet-up and run Project Mgmt Office (PMO)Oversee recruitment of all Project and Site StaffSet-up Commissioning and Operating teamOversee co-ordination with BEC, DEC, LSTK contractorsEnsure Project progress and completion in time and budgetEnsure submission of all reports to regulatory, statutory and government bodiesMaintain liaison with Industrial Park authorities and other industries
