Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic, fashion-savvy Sales Associates who will embody the Kudos brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a vital part of our team, helping customers find the perfect styles, driving sales, and creating lasting relationships with shoppers.


Key Responsibilities:

● Provide personalized styling advice to customers based on their needs and preferences.


● Assist customers in finding and selecting items, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.


● Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, special collections, and store promotions.


● Maintain store visual standards by ensuring the store layout is clean, organized, and visually appealing.


● Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the best recommendations.


● Handle transactions accurately using POS systems and assist with returns and exchanges.


● Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.


● Contribute to store promotions and events that attract foot traffic and build customer loyalty.


Skills & Qualifications:


● A passion for fashion and a keen interest in the latest trends.


● Prior experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply).
