As a Senior Data Owner Associate in CCB Connected Commerce Travel Domain, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in data product ownership, governance, development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative, well governed data products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. 

Job responsibilities

Accountable for quality, governance, integration and management of the data in the ecosystem  Follows best practices for data modernization and standardization enabling better use and analytics of the data Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development, as well as tests and validates based on definition of ready Partners with the product manager and stakeholders to deliver data products as defined in the roadmap that reflects the needs of our customers Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new data product features on the overall data product experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in data product management or a relevant domain area Proficient knowledge of data architecture, data governance, data query (SQL) and data analytics Experience in data life cycle activities including agile product development & delivery and requirements definition Developing knowledge of cloud data tools and other relevant technology domains

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Relevant experience in travel domain or customer loyalty space Background or coursework in Computer Science
