About the role:
As a Marketing Manager at 32ND, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Responsible for ideation, conceptualisation and execution of all marketing campaign and strategic marketing projects for the brand across all marketing channels- Creative ability to think outside of the ordinary and develop memorable IPs and strategies that result in significant impact for the brand- Responsible for taking IPs and products to market in a creative and impactful manner- Ensuring that marketing campaigns across the board are aligned with the brand’s vision, tone and values.- Proven experience in building an aspirational brand and engaged community- Responsible for liaising with partner brands and internal creative teams to execute marketing campaigns in an effective and timely manner- Responsible for ideation and execution keeping in mind the pulse of the market, the brand’s consumers and business goals- Self-driven, excellent communication skills, thoughtful, and creative with a strategic mindset- A passion for retail, F&B, fashion, entertainment and community
What You Bring To The Table
- Analytical skills to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.- Proven experience 5+ in marketing management roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.- Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Knowledge of retail, F&B and real estate, is a plus.
