The role of a semi-technical support executive is to ensure that candidates receive prompt and effective semi-technical assistance, thereby contributing to overall candidate satisfaction and enhance the RPE examination process.

Responsibilities

Call Assistance

– Providing semi-technical & non-technical assistance and support to candidates via phone,emails etc. It involves understanding candidate’s issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions.Issue Resolution

– Diagnosing and resolving candidate’s semi-technical (hardware and software) issues. It could

involve guiding customers through step-by-step troubleshooting solutions.RPE Examination Process Knowledge

– Develop a clear & deep understanding of the RPE examination process.It will include staying updated with new features, functionalities, and technical specifications, if required.Documentation

– Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions, including their inquiries, comments,and

actions taken, if needed. The documentation will be crucial for tracking recurring issues and improving support

processes further.Semi-technical Guidance

– Providing guidance and information to candidates on how to use means & resources for an RPE examination effectively. It could include creating user manuals, FAQs etc.Feedback Collection

– Gathering candidate feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement in the RPE examination sessions and the process. The feedback can be crucial for enhancing end user satisfaction and reliability on the RPE examination platform.
