Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years in backend software engineering with 5+ years in Python development . Strong experience in AI/ML system integration , preferably with LLMs, embeddings, and agent-based architectures. Proven track record in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with deep understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning . Hands-on experience with: Databases : Neo4j, Pinecone, PostgreSQL (Aurora). Frameworks : FastAPI, Flask, Django, LangChain, Haystack. MLOps/LLMOps tools : model deployment, monitoring, retraining pipelines. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Excellent problem-solving, system design, and debugging skills. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a stealth startup or 0 → 1 product build environment. Knowledge of FinOps practices and cloud governance frameworks. Exposure to autonomous agent frameworks and policy-as-code systems.
