Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and coordination between design, site, and vendors.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain AutoCAD drawings for presentations and execution.
  • Assist designers in creating layouts, working drawings, and documentation.
  • Maintain project files, records, and ensure timely communication with clients/vendors.
  • Schedule meetings, track project progress, and support the design team in procurement.
  • Handle office correspondence, calls, and emails professionally.
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and materials required for design work.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp/Enscape will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in an interior design/architecture firm preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
