Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom support, network deployment, and customer support, with specific expertise in SMSC and MMSC and messaging systems.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• 8+ years of strong experience in a Senior role.

• L3 Technical Production support, US Hours.

• In-depth understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies and messaging (SMSC and MMSC) and O-RAN architecture.

• Provide post-deployment support, ticket management, SLA, and escalations.

• Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

• Interface with customer teams for feedback and continuous improvement of messaging (SMSC / MMSC) systems.

• Utilize knowledge of 2G/3G/4G and 5G products, RHEL, Networking, NFV (OpenStack), Kubernetes, and various network protocols ( SIGTRAN, SIP, SSL, SMPP, REST API, MMSC relay, and protocol stack).

• Wireshark traces, Pcap Analysis.

Location: Bangalore, India (Work from Office)

Experience: 8+ years
