Responsibilities :
Scaling up the Athlab platform aligning with business requirements and customer research driving impact.
Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.
Identify opportunities for product improvement using internal and external data and define applicable customer/market trends while understanding the limitations of Shopify.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and execute product launch plans.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product requirements for upcoming releases.
Continually monitor product performance (feature usage, customer delight, retention etc.) and brainstorm with the product team on ways to improve
What would make you a great fit?
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior experience with Shopify and analytical tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc.
Understanding of Product Management Fundamentals and Product Development Lifecycle(Scrum and Lean Development)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for technology and product innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of product management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
