Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including ledger

maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

● Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.

● Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing

forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making.

● Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with

regulatory standards and timely resolution of audit findings.

● Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate,

payroll, and other applicable taxes.

● Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows and predict future trends to ensure the

organization meets its financial obligations.

● Financial Controls: Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to

safeguard assets and enhance the accuracy of financial records.

● Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of high

performance and continuous improvement.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and other departments to

support overall business objectives.

● Strategic Planning: Provide financial insights and recommendations to influence long-term

business strategies.

What will set this person apart:

Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification: Must be a certified Chartered Accountant.

● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 1 year of progressive financial experience

● Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and

proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.

● Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial legislation, statutory

requirements, and compliance standards.

● Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to

detail.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of

presenting complex financial information clearly.

● Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing

high-performing teams.
