Job Description
To excel in this position, you must possess the ability to write functional code and have a keen eye for identifying and resolving defects. Collaboration and effective communication are essential. If you have a genuine passion for the .NET framework and possess a strong understanding of software design and architecture, we would like to meet you.
Key responsibilities
- Producing code using .NET languages (C#, VB .NET)
- Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns e.g. MVC
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Good understanding of Design Patterns
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Attention to detail
