Roles and Responsibilities: ‍ Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise Beauty Advisors across PAN India.
  • ️ Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous guidance for team improvement.
Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
✨ Customer Experience:
  • Ensure personalized consultations and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Provide detailed product training and keep the team informed about new trends and launches.
  • ️ Ensure the team confidently represents product knowledge to customers.
Inventory Oversight:
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure availability and optimal inventory management.
  • Maintain appealing and well-organized product displays.
Marketing and Promotions:
  • Coordinate in-store promotions and support the execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with brand goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • ️ Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Brand Representation:
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Represent the brand at events, training sessions, and other professional gatherings.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • ️ Experience: 3-5 years in sales, team management, or retail operations, ideally within the beauty and skincare industry.
