Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to clients and vendors across the US. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, in-depth understanding of the US staffing process, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and candidates.Key Responsibilities:- Market and place bench candidates by identifying suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities with direct clients, implementation partners, and preferred vendors.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors and clients.- Work closely with candidates to understand their skills, preferences, and career goals.- Negotiate contract rates, terms, and employment conditions with clients and candidates.- Submit qualified consultants to open positions, follow up for feedback, and ensure placement success.- Track candidate submissions, interviews, and placements in the recruitment system.- Maintain a database of client contacts and available requirements.- Keep up to date with market trends, visa regulations, and hiring practices in the US IT staffing industry.- Coordinate with immigration and HR teams to ensure compliance with visa and onboarding processes.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.- 2–5 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales/US IT Staffing.- Excellent understanding of different work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.).- Strong knowledge of job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and vendor management systems (VMS).- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.- Proven record of achieving sales and placement targets.- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and team player.
