No. of reportees: 20 to 30 (Associates).

Position Summary:

The person is responsible for carrying out production and quality activity effectively with optimum utilization of resources. Actively involved in production manpower handling, timely execution of jobs, ensure achieve daily production targets & ensure product must meet quality criteria.

Responsibilities:

Aligning production activity in line with the production plan received from planning department. Ensure smooth execution of production through effective planning, coordination, communication, delegation, supervision, training, hand holding and resolution of technical issues being faced in day-to-day activities. Monitor process performance data and carry out data analysis for non-achievement of targets and initiate suitable corrective actions for sustainable improvements. Maintain records of production as required by organization & ensure maintenance of machines. Responsible for resolve quality issues and reduction in rejection, analysis and action plan for material rejection in assembly shop.
