Key Accountabilities :
Program manager with 12 yearsplus experience
Ensure that executive presentations andprogram updates are prepared as per the requirements
Provide inputs to the executive team to help in decisionmaking
Work with Business Change management team to planthe smooth handover of new business processes and workflows toBAU
Work on Strategic programs and projects and manageSr. executive teams and business stakeholdersexpectation
Give visibility to senior leadership levelthrough governance reports
Work with change managers toensure the required communication and training materials are builtand change is delivered as per the plan
Ensure theprogramme approach/methodology that is defined is consistentlyapplied
Ensuring that project/program plans and Risksassumptions issues dependencies are managed effectively for eachbusiness unit
Ensure project costs/budget are welldefined and tracked to make sure that work is completed withinbudget
Ensure Daily/weekly/monthly updates arereported
Ensure that schedules for all projects areestablished and maintained and that targets are met
Ensure that appropriate project assurance steps are conductedthroughout the project life cycle
Ensure transitionplans for projects to operations are prepared agreed to andappropriately implemented
Report project/schedulevariances from plan in a timely manner
DeliveryExperience
12 years of overall work experience.(essential)
Experience of working with Sr Executive team(CEOs CTOs CXO etc.) and global capability centers(essential)
Should have strong executive presentationskills to provide program updates (essential)
Strong andexcellent communication skills (essential)
MI & BIinformation preparation and reporting skills (essential)
Experience in Business Change Management (essential)
Proven delivery experience in project delivery building andsustaining highperforming teams (essential)
Experienceof successful delivery E2E programs and projects(essential)
Experience of working in an onsite/offshoreand shared services setup with requirement directly or indirectlycoming from various groups (essential)
Domain BFSI(essential)
Should be able to extend consultation highlevel solution and the precise implementation methodology for eachof those requirements (desirable)
One of CertifiedPMP/PRINCE2 (desirable)
