Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for on-site troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, performing regular maintenance checks, and liaising with clients to ensure their technical needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong Technical Support skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently on-site in Surat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electronics or Bio-medical Engineer is desirable
- Experience in the ophthalmic or medical device industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
