You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to develop and define key business questions, and to build data sets that answer those questions. RBS has multiple programs/services aimed at reducing the listing friction, improving listing quality, reducing customer returns and improving star ratings of products that are dependent on selling partner support for effective execution.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 4+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- Experience with ExcelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modelingOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
