Designation : Operations Lead Coordinator

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

• Communicate and coordinate with Client Organization – Senior officials.

• Cross functional Skill set required to manage and adapt for the External Vendors as and when required.

• MIS Skills- Should be able to analyze data points, able to communicate with supportive data.

• Coordinate with Companies cross functional teams and act as Second in lead for Operations function.

• Day to day communication and coordination with key stakeholders

• Monitoring of key project activities, plans and progresses.

• Managing calls and discussions

• Providing day to day support to conduct flawless examinations for SSC.

• Handling of exam related confidential and sensitive data.

• Identify business risks and plan for mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity.

Reporting To Which Role : Operations Head

Size of the Team if any Reporting to this Role : 3-4 Associates

On-site Opportunity :  Customer Location – New Delhi

• This is a critical position based out of New Delhi, Client location,

• It's a PAN India role, coordinating with Multiple Stakeholders like: Client

office Executives, Regional SPOCK's, Cross functional teams
