Oversee conceptualization of Copy projects:- Create execution plans for projects and see them through to completion.- Ensure the Copy team and junior Copywriters are producing quality work.- Conceptualize original and unique scripts. Choose the right images, typography, and layouts for the project.- Ensure the products created are user-friendly and convey brand consistency with all projects. Coordinate between BD and Design teams to ensure smooth flow of work.- Stay up to date with the changing trends in the field and best practices.- Be responsible for building the agency’s creative reputation.- Prepare reports on a monthly/quarterly basis to check the development progressions of the projects.A little bit about you…Role:- Creative Director Reporting line: Executive Creative Director- Graduate /post-graduate with 8 – 10 years’ experience in copywriting, preferably for social media. Good at communication, strong presentation and strong portfolio of past creative projects.- Good command of techniques and visual elements. Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.- Ability to lead a team in a time-bound environment.- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
