Duties and Responsibilities:Developing, implementing, and Leading processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.Identifying and setting appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.Identifying and analyse issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.Communicating quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.Coordinating product testing processes.Participating in product testing.Identify the scope of test cases automation and automate these test cases for delivering quality product.Identify the suitable metrics for the Testing of the product and periodically share/review these metrics with the stakeholders.Ensuring the team has strong knowledge of requirements/features.Leading and motivating a team to execute priorities and provide new ideas and solutions.Leading multiple complex projects to deliver detailed releases, improve production quality, and meet business objectives.Implementing new tools and processes to meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:Require prior experience in manual (functional, regression, sanity, integration) and automation

(Selenium/Appium/API) testing2+ years of relevant experience in Automation and Manual Testing2+ years of experience in Automation, Selenium and JavaShould have experience using any framework like - Cucumber / BDD / Any otherShould have experience using any framework like Rest AssuredAnalyzing requirements/PRD and creating test casesShould be well versed in sanity, functional, re-testing, integration and regression testingExperience in Web, mWeb, mobile application testingExperience in

API (Web Services) testingExperience in writing SQL queries and exposure to

MS SQL/ MySQL DBShould be well versed in defect life cycle and have hands-on experience in JiraWorking experience in LinuxUnderstands aspects of Agile methodologyExperience in

Selenium Web Driver/AppiumExperience in API automation using Rest AssuredExperience in Programming language preferably .NetHaving good analytical, problem solving, communication skills and good team playerExperience in

Visual Studio, Microsoft Azure Devops, Agile Boards and NUnit etc.Experience in scripting with any of the languages

like shell, python, perl, rubyExperience in using JMeter and Loadrunner

Nice to have Skills and Qualifications:experience of working in a start-up cultureexperience of working in Agile SAFe and PI Planningexperience of working in Ed-Tech/E-Learning companiesAdvanced/Expert level Certification

Experience:8+years of experience as a Sr. Manual and Automation QA Engineering Agile Development Environment.

Educational Qualification(s):BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or equivalent with relevant experience
